A time for everything
The new science of chronobiology tells us the best time of day to do everything.
Morning
7 a.m-9,00
Have a good breakfast. Everything you eat at this time gives you energy but doesn’t make you put on weight.
9-10,00
Go to the doctor or to the dentist. Injections are least painful at this time of day.
10-12,00
Work, study, paint a picture or write a poem. The brain is at its most creative.
12-2,00
Eat , you should have your big meal now.
Afternoon
2-3,00
Have a siesta . Men who have a siesta are the least to suffer heart attacks.
3-5,00
Go to gym.
5-6,00
Do homework. Research shows that children are faster at doing arithmetic at this time.
Evening
6-8,00
Eat, drink , and enjoy yourself. It’s the time for a light dinner.
8-10,00
Phone friends. It’s the time when people feel lonely. ( And it is also cheaper )
10-11,00
Get ready for bed. And it is better to have a warm bath before sleeping.
Night
Sleep . If we stayed awake after midnight , our attention drops dramatically. Accidents increase by 6 times between 3 a.m and 4 a.m.
